The Provincial Government of Cavite spearheaded another Leadership and Skills Enhancement Training for the Barangay Tanod of Carmona and Gen. Mariano Alvarez. Its objective is to provide them the basic knowledge and skills for quick response during calamities and crime prevention. Police Chief Inspector Francisco K. Panisan lectured on how they should respond given such situations. Former Governor Jonvic Remulla distributed 820 tanod kits to the participants. Each kit contains a policeman’s club (batuta), raincoat, flashlight and whistle. Fifth district Congressman Roy Loyola, Mayor Dahlia Loyola, Vice Mayor Cesar Ines, 5th district Board Members Marcos Amutan and Ivee Jane Reyes, and other local officials witnessed the event.
