The provincial government of Cavite headed by Governor Boying Remulla turned over 64 units of CCTV, two units of ambulance and three units of motorcycle with sidecar to the municipality of Silang on August 31, 2017. The donation was part of PGC’s initiative to augment the municipalities’ resources for public safety measures and other relevant activities. Mayor Emilia Poblete, together with 5th district Board Members Ivee Jane Reyes, Marcos Amutan and Francisco Paolo P. Crisostomo, ABC Provincial Federation President expressed their gratefulness for the grant which the LGU can use on emergency situations in bringing patients to the nearest hospitals and directly respond during disaster and calamity.
