PGC’S FREE HEALTHCARE PROGRAM CATERED INDIGENT RESIDENTS OF NOVELETA

The medical and dental mission team of the provincial government of Cavite continues to reach out the less privileged residents of the province to check their health status and address their medical needs. On June 19, 2019, the outreach program catered a total of 313 patients who benefitted from the services rendered by doctors and dentists from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital (GEAMH) with the assistance of Barangay Health Workers in Brgy. Sta. Rosa I, Noveleta. Technical staff of the Provincial Population Office conducted a family planning counseling and gave away contraceptives such as pills and condoms. Free vitamins and medicines for common ailments were also provided. The locals expressed their gratefulness to the provincial government for always extending quality healthcare services to the community. This event was made possible thru the initiative of Brgy. Chairwoman Jinky Leobit.
