Barangay Captain Benedicto Labrador of Ramon Cruz Sr., Gen. Mariano Alvarez expressed gratefulness on behalf of the 47 young boys who were successfully circumcised for free during the conduct of Cavite Provincial Government’s Operation Tuli on May 21, 2019 in their area. Volunteers from the CarSiGMA District Hospital and the OPG-Extension worked hand in hand with the assistance of local health workers, barangay officials and other staff.
