IMUS CITY TOURISM OFFICE TURNOVERS LCP TO NCCA

Tourism Office, officially opens the PAMANA Exhibit and turnovers the Local Culture Profile (LCP) of the City of Imus to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) on February 22, 2021 at the lobby of Imus City Hall. The crafting of the Cultural Heritage Book (Cultural Mapping), showcasing the rich history and culture of the city, was made possible with the guidance and supervision of NCCA.
The project primarily aims to heighten cultural awareness, understand cultural diversity for economic and social development as well as build knowledge on significant events of the past century. Meanwhile, LGUs are ordered to establish and maintain cultural property inventory through NCCA’s Technical Assistance for Cultural Mapping.
