Cavite provincial government organized a medical and dental mission in Barangay Fatima II, Dasmariñas City, on December 5, 2023, benefitting 276 residents.
Led by Dra. Evelyn Agdon from GEAMH, the mission provided medical consultations to 235 individuals. Simultaneously, the GEAMH and Dasmariñas City dental team, provided dental check-ups and extractions to 41 residents.
The collaborative effort between GEAMH and CARSIGMA District Hospital teams ensured a comprehensive healthcare approach. Medicines, multivitamins, and mosquito repellent lotions were distributed. The success was attributed to the leadership of Punong Barangay Jamil B. Ibardaloza, SK Chairperson Ana Marie Abogado, and dedicated Barangay Health Workers.
The event emphasized proactive community health initiatives, showcasing the power of collective efforts in fostering a healthier and more resilient community. The community expressed gratitude to the provincial government for providing these essential services.
