Cavite Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager and Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation, joined forces with Amadeo LGU through its Municipal Public Employment Service Office in organizing the Mega Job Fair Caravan at the town’s covered court on June 16, 2023, providing career opportunities to Caviteño jobseekers.
Provincial SK Federation President Tom Carlo M. Ardemer imparted that over the past two years, many individuals lost their jobs and new graduates were seeking career opportunities during the pandemic. With the support of Governor Jonvic Remulla and Vice Governor Athena Bryana Tolentino, they planned the Mega Job Fair Caravan to give chance to those in need across the province. He then urged everyone to seize the opportunities for they seldom come right at their midst.
Engr. Redel John B. Dionisio, Municipal Mayor, expressed his appreciation to the organizers of the activity for exerting time and effort in providing hope to his constituents, particularly the youth in Amadeo. He, then, shared that the number of underprivileged is decreasing in their municipality.
With thirty-one (31) participating companies, the caravan served as a step forward for jobseekers to build up networks with various companies and employers. Moreover, the success of the Mega Job Fair Caravan plays a key role in supporting economic growth of the province.
