On March 21, 2024, the Office of the Provincial Governor in collaboration with the GEAMH medical and dental team, conducted a successful medical mission in Barangay Tapia, Gen. Trias City, Cavite to address the healthcare needs at the grassroots level.
Led by 6th District Board Member Kerby Salazar, Punong Barangay Ricky Culanding Deseo, and Sangguniang Kabataan Chairwoman Elleani Marie C. Apostol, alongside Barangay Health Workers (BHW) and staff, the mission provided essential medical and dental services to promote community welfare.
A total of 302 patients benefited from the event, including medical check-ups, dental procedures, X-ray examinations, and free eye check-ups. Maintenance medicines, supplements, and mosquito repellent lotion were also distributed, highlighting the government’s commitment to accessible healthcare for all Caviteños.
