First District Board Member Gilbert Gandia, together with OIC-Mayor Juan Ysmael Gandia and OIC-Vice Mayor Medel Caimol expressed their gratitude to the provincial government of Cavite thru the OPG-Extension and the Provincial Health Office for continuously delivering healthcare services to their constituents in Barangay Congbalay-Legaspi in the municipality of Kawit on August 23, 2018 held at Binakayan Elementary School. Four hundred ninety-five residents have availed free check-ups, consultations and dental services rendered by medical practitioners from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital and the City Health Office. Mothers were also given free counselling on family planning and proper birth spacing facilitated by the employees of the Cavite Population Office. Barangay Captain Ronaldo Rodriguez, barangay health workers and members of the Balikatan sa Kaunlaran and Magdalo Kawit Chapter were also present to support the event.
