On July 5, 2023, two hundred fifty-five Gentriseños were served during the medical mission conducted at Brgy. Manggahan covered court by the Office of the Provincial Governor-Extension, led by Ms. Charlene Ann P. Samala, and the Provincial Health Office.
Medical health professionals from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital and RHU of Gen. Trias City rendered free medical consultation and check-up to the community. Prescribed medicines, vitamins and mosquito repellent lotion were also provided during the activity.
PLTCOL Jose O. Naparato Jr., Gen. Trias Chief of Police, City Councilor Kyle Salazar, and Brgy. Manggahan Chairman Ramil C. Barrientos, attended and showed their support to the event. Junior Chamber International (JCI) Gen. Trias City Katipunan headed by 2023 president Renz Joseph L. Ayos also joined the medical mission.
Despite the intense heat, the event was a resounding success with the support of key organizations involved and the assistance of dedicated Barangay Health Workers, officials and volunteers who conveyed their great appreciation for the healthcare services provided.
