Industrial Estates

Cavite is considered as best-loved destination of investors which is shown by the increasing number of Industrial establishments from 2002 until 2008. A total of 805 industrial establishments have kept operating in the province throughout 2008. Majority of these industrial establishments (431) have been operating in District II followed by District I with 282 industrial establishments and District III ranks third with 92. Among the cities and municipalities, Rosario, a highly urbanized municipality, has a record of the highest number of these industrial establishments (274), followed by the municipalities of Carmona with 188 and Dasmariñas with 128. As observed, more businessmen have been encouraged to establish business outsource manufacturing jobs in Cavite knowing that the province offers lower cost of labor and shows higher manpower capability.
