INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY AND SUBMlT COMPARATIVE PROPOSALS – REQUEST FOR COMPARATIVE PROPOSALS FOR THE SELECTION OF THE JOINT VENTURE PARTNER OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAVITE FOR THE CAVITE-BATANGAS EXPRESSWAY (CBEX)

The Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) is inviting interested parties to pre-qualify and submit comparative proposals for the selection of the PGC’s joint venture partner that will develop the Cavite-Batangas Expressway. The Provincial Government of Cavite has received and approved an unsolicited proposal from the Original Proponent for the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 27.06-Km toll road named the CAVITE-BATANGAS EXPRESSWAY PROJECT (the “Project”) traversing through the Municipalities of Silang, Amadeo, Tagaytay. Indang, Mendez, Alfonso in Cavite and Nasugbu,Batangas, with the following description:

  1. The Toll Road will have four ( 4) lanes with two (2) 3.5-m lanes per direction. Each direction will have an inner and outer shoulder width of 1.0-m and 25-m, respectively. The road surface shall be constructed with Asphalt-Concrete Pavement (ACP); and
  2. There will be three (3)access/interchange points in ( 1) Silang, Cavite, (2) Tagaytay, (3) Nasugbu/ Alfonso.
