Kon-Tiki opened its doors to the public on October 16, 2007. With its Polynesian motiff, menu, and Hawaiian clad staff, Kon-Tiki’s mission was to bring to Tagaytay City something a bit different from the other sit down restaurants that lined Maharlika Highway.
