On April 17, 2024, the provincial government of Cavite organized a highly successful medical mission at Brgy. Biwas, Tanza, Cavite. The health outreach program brought essential services to 565 residents of Tanza, benefiting from the dedicated efforts of the provincial government medical mission team.
Led by Drs. Rhemielene De Leon and Millicent Fojas, alongside the GEAMH staff, the medical mission team demonstrated unwavering commitment and service to the community. Collaborating with the local government, led by Councilor Aicel Del Rosario-Morales, staff and health professionals, the mission achieved its goals.
In addition to medicine distribution and the provision of anti-mosquito repellent lotion, the mission also included free eye check-ups, ensuring comprehensive healthcare support for the constituents. The success of the mission highlights the effective partnership between government agencies and healthcare professionals in addressing the healthcare needs of the community
