Another run of Cavite provincial government’s medical mission, spearheaded by the Office of the Governor in collaboration with the Office of Provincial Health Officer, was successfully conducted on July 14, 2023 at Brgy. Iba covered court, Silang, Cavite.
One hundred twenty-six constituents of Metro Silang Cluster, which is composed of 16 barangays, received free medical check-up and consultations rendered by health professionals from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital. They were also provided with free medicines afterwards.
Prior to consultation, selected patients underwent screening process and antigen swab testing. As part of dengue prevention campaign, the medical mission team also distributed mosquito-repellent lotion to the locals.
