After 2 years of hiatus due to pandemic restrictions, the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) once again spearheaded an Agri Trade Fair with the tagline “Produktong Pinagyaman sa Kanayunan, Laan sa Malusog at Maunlad na Pamayanan on August 11-12, 2022 at the OPA compound.
Ms. Lolita C. Pereña, Provincial Agriculturist, acknowledged all the guests and participants and also expressed her gratitude to all the exhibitors for participating in the fair and supporting OPA programs.
Also present were Ms. Nellie M. Ilas, Provincial Agriculture and Fishery Council Chair, and Mr. Joselito Noceda, Agriculture Program Coordinating Officer-Cavite. Their message focused on productivity and sustainability for food security.
The two-day trade fair served as venue to showcase the known agricultural produce of different cities and municipalities brought by 29 exhibitors including vegetables, fruits, botanical plants and local delicacies.
