The last batch of Operation Tuli rendered by the provincial government for this year was held on May 28, 2018 in Barangay Kapitan Kua, GMA, wherein almost thirty (30) indigent young boys underwent circumcision for free. Barangay Captain Gerry Torralba who requested for such healthcare service for his constituents thanked Governor Boying Remulla, as well as the doctors and other trained personnel from the Provincial Health Office and the OPG-Extension for the successful outreach event that also promoted proper hygiene to young males.
