In a commendable demonstration of community-focused healthcare, the Office of the Provincial Governor-Extension in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Health Officer (OPHO), organized a medical and dental mission in Brgy. San Vicente II, Silang. The primary goal was to deliver essential medical and dental services to enhance the overall health and well-being of the community.
A total of 247 patients benefitted from the healthcare services, encompassing medical consultations, check-ups, and tooth extractions. Specifically, 197 individuals received medical check-ups, and 50 availed tooth extractions. The services were rendered by a team of medical and dental professionals from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital (GEAMH).
The success of the mission was the result of the collaborative effort of the provincial government with the local partners led by Brgy. Chairwoman Angelina S. Duguran, Sanggunian Kabataan Chairwoman Rachel Angela A. Dacanay, and other local officials. It reflects their strong commitment to uplift communities, promote healing, and prioritize the overall welfare of residents, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more resilient community.
