Twelve thousand packs of goods were distributed to the residents affected by typhoon Tisoy in the municipality of Silang and Gen. Mariano Alvarez during the relief distribution led by Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla in cooperation with the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office on December 9, 2019. Silang Mayor Corrie Poblete and Vice Mayor Aidel Belamide together with Sangguniang Bayan Members thanked the governor and provincial government for always extending help in times of calamity. On the other hand, Mayor Walter Echevaria and Vice Mayor Maricel Torres also expressed their appreciation for providing assistance to GMA constituents. Likewise, 5th District Representative Dahlia Loyola and Board Members Ivee Jane Reyes and Kevin Anarna were also present during the relief distribution and showed their compassion to their people .
