Barangay Chairwoman Lolita Jarin expressed her gratitude to the members of the medical mission team of the provincial government of Cavite for the conduct of free medical and dental mission on January 8, 2018 at Burol Main, City of Dasmariñas. Two hundred thirty-four residents comprised of 62 children, 117 adults and 28 senior citizens benefitted from free check-ups and consultations rendered by the volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses and technical staff from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital (GEAMH) and CarSiGMA District Hospital. Twenty- seven dental patients were given free tooth extraction. They also received free vitamins and medicines. Jarin also echoed his appreciation to Governor Boying Remulla for providing such services that benefited the locals of Dasmariñas. During the mission, staff of the Provincial Population Office also provided lectures on the advantage of family planning and proper birth spacing. Extending assistance during the event were barangay health workers, barangay nutrition scholars and employees of the local and provincial government.
