Governor Boying Remulla toughen its campaign to shield and safeguard the public from destructive and harmful elements as he led the distribution of 2,618 handheld radio and 3,740 reflectorized vests for the barangay tanod of the municipalities of Mendez, Naic, Ternate, Maragondon, Alfonso, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Magallanes and the city of Tagaytay during its dispersal held at the municipal covered court of Alfonso on September 18, 2018. Likewise, Cavite PPO Deputy Police Director for Operations PSUPT Michael Ceciliano tackled and enlightened the roles of barangay tanod under the Local Government Code.Ā Present during the activity were 7th District Board Member Rainier Ambion, Alfonso Mayor Virgilio Varias, Vice Mayor Randy Salamat, Indang Councilor Ping Remulla and members of the municipal councils. Meanwhile, in the afternoon of the same day, the governor also visited his constituents in the City of Gentrias as part of the Ugnayan sa Barangay Program. He personally mingled with the locals to know their sentiments and opinions as the provincial government solidifies the projects for the less privileged members of the locality. Vice Governor Jolo Revilla, 6th District Representative Jonjon Ferrer, Gentrias Mayor Ony Ferrer, Vice Mayor Morit Sison, Governor Jonvic Remulla and members of the city councils were also present to bring joy and pleasure to the citizens of General Trias.
