The Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) remains steadfast on inculcating awareness and consciousness among the young generations. On November 25, 2019, PSWDO has facilitated lectures and discussions at Bacoor Elementary School focusing on the topics on online sexual exploitation on children including the issues on abuse and violence against children such as trafficking, cyber bullying, child pornography and juvenile justice. The targeted learners were grade seven to senior high school students who have an active lifestyle in social media or students who were vulnerable to abuse and violence. One hundred students who have attended the event were expected to be the PGC’s partners in advocacy to end violence against children.
