Cavite Provincial Government’s Operation Tuli is in full swing again as the Office of the Provincial Governor-Extension and Provincial Health Office successfully conducted the circumcision outreach program at Binakayan Elementary School in Kawit on May 17, 2019. More than sixty young males faced their fear as they were circumcised for free by volunteer doctors and technical staff of General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital with special assistance of Tau Gamma Phi/Sigma. Parents of the patients expressed their gratefulness to the local government for extending such outreach programs to the community.
