Governor Jonvic Remulla brought cheer and hope to the people of Trece Martires as Ugnayan sa Barangay continues at Golden Horizon in Barangay Hugo Perez on November 5, 2019 .Team Lubigan showed their support to the governor’s program as Mayor Gemma Lubigan, Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso and the rest of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members joined the event to communicate with the locals. Board Members Ping Remulla and Lito Langit were also in attendance which added inspiration and optimism for the Treceños. The participants received packs of rice in exchange of plastic bottles as part of the advocacy on environmental awareness and waste management.
