After more than a month of training, Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office held the graduation ceremony for their 4thĀ batch of BIZ iCREATE graduates on June 3, 2022 at the PCLEDO Training Area, Cavite Cooperative Development Center in Trece Martires City, Cavite.
Sixteen (16) aspiring entrepreneurs successfully completed the course including Ms. Agnes M. Segismundo of AMS Builders & Construction Supplies Corporation, Ms. Alma Magnolia P. Natividad of BKB Industrial Wholesaling, Mr. Erico C. Santiago of E Santiago Construction Services, Ms. Jenina Rikka A. Ravara of JeiMix Online Store, Ms. Joana M. Gingco of J&V Personal and Homecare Products Trading, Ms. Ma. Cristina T. Valdez of Bulletproof Enterprises Food Products Trading, Ms. Maria Pilar G. Topacio of Laye’s Food Product Trading, Ms. Myrlanie De Lima Dinglasan of Laluy’s Catering & Event Services, Ms. Nora Capistrano and Ms. Cyntia Facundo of Crown Enterprise, Ms. Rachell R. Anacan of Kabutihan Inc., Ms. Rosalie I. Alcazar of Alcalanos Convenience Store, and Mr. Zoilo G. Abella of 2Bros Abella Manufacturing & Distribution Corporation.
Ms. Liza Gabatan, head of PCLEDO Entrepreneurial Division formally welcomed the attendees and congratulated the graduates.
Ms. Rebecca Tarasona, Chief Trade and Industry Specialist of DTI ā Cavite Business Development Division, gave an inspirational message in which she mentioned that it is just a matter of learning and applying every knowledge and wisdom wisely to be successful.
Dr. Aldrin P. Antivola, BIZ iCREATE Consultant, told the attendees that everyone starts from small and will grow later on as they explore possibilities to enhance what they are doing. They can start by attending training and seminars. Metaphorically, he said that the entrepreneurial journey is a cycle of a butterfly ā going through stages before they can achieve their goals, and the key is to never give up.

Four aspiring entrepreneurs were given special awards: Mr. Zoilo Abella, MADISKARTECH Representative was recognized as the Most Engaged Participant; Ms. Alma Magnolia Natividad for Most Promising and Innovative Award; and, Ms. Rosalie Alcazar and Ms. Maria Pilar Topacio for Best Strategic Business Plan. All awardees will be given cash incentives.
BIZ iCREATE Training is one of the flagship programs of PCLEDO, a distinct ladderized training that started in 2019. It provides intensive training program for Cavite Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a sustainable enterprise and aims to bring the participants to a professional level of proficiency as entrepreneurs.
The training has four (4) sessions in which the participants can acquire necessary knowledge and skills and channel their potentials in creating strategic business plans and presentations for their business development and growth.
