The Provincial Government of Cavite held a successful Operation Tuli in Castaños Cerca, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite, catering to 65 young males with free circumcision services and medical support. Vice Mayor Michael Manalo welcomed the PGC team and provided the needed support, together with other members of the Sangguniang Bayan, to ensure the program’s success.
