Balinsasayaw Restaurant was founded in year 2001 by a local Puerto Princesa City based family. The restaurant was named as such because the owner Rose Pe, is a native of Palawan, it was named after the bird species living in abundance in Palawan – The Balinsasayaw or cave swifts.
