Cavite Entrepreneurship Students Conference

With the theme, ā€œEmpowering the Youth in Greening the Enterpriseā€, the Provincial Cooperative Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office (PCLEDO) headed by Mr. Alvin Mojica in partnership with the Cavite Young Leaders for Entrepreneurship (CYLE) spearheaded the Cavite Entrepreneurship Students Conference on September 29, 2017 at the Provincial Gymnasium, Trece Martires City, Cavite. The successful story of Ms. Sandra Sanchez-Montano, ASEAN Woman Leader Awardee, highlighted the conference as she inspired the students from 31 schools in the province who participated in the event. Students from 11 colleges and universities showcased their innovative creations as they competed for the ā€œMost Promising Productā€. PUP Maragondon won first place for their ZOICOAL (charcoal/fuel from dried cow dung), in second place was Cavite State University Main Campus for their Coco Shanghai de Severino (made with desiccated coconut pulp in shanghai rolls) and Far Eastern University-Silangā€™s Ricudo Bags (bags, pouches and wallets out of recycled rubber tire interiors) got the third place.
