Cavite Governor Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla along with PRO CALABARZON Regional Director PCSUPT Ma.O A Aplasca, PSUPT Michael B. Secillano and Philippine Fleet Inspector General and Acting Provost Marshall Captain Mardonio B. Navarro PN (GSC), led the awarding of certificates to fifty-four (54) police officers and six (6) Philippine Navy on December 11, 2017 at the Ceremonial Hall of the Provincial Capitol Building in Trece Martires City who completed two hundred forty-eight (248) hours of the Criminal Investigation Course. A certificate of commendation was awarded to PO2 Benjamin F. Tanael Jr. for having obtained the highest rating of 88.9 % among graduates. Pursuant to PNP-NHQ Letter of Instruction 527-17 Criminal Investigation Course (CIC) dated October 2, 2017, which is the basic training on investigation for Police Non-Commissioned Officers, the Cavite Police Provincial Office under PSSUPT William M. Segun held the closing ceremony or the Declaration of Graduates in coordination with the National Police Commission and the Philippine National Police.
