Governor Boying Remulla together with his brother Gov. Jonvic Remulla visited Brgy. Zone 5, Bulihan in the municipality of Silang to bring joy and hope to their constituents in another leg of Ugnayan sa Barangay on July 16, 2018. Residents were given the chance to communicate with the chief executive of the province as well as expressed their gratitude for always providing assistance to the Caviteños. The program was also attended by 5th District Board Members Marcos Amutan and Ivee Jane Reyes, Silang Mayor Emilia Lourdes “Omil” Poblete with Vice Mayor Aidel Paul Belamide and other local officials.
