To further boost environmental awareness, Governor Jonvic Remulla, on behalf of his brother Governor Boying Remulla, led the Kalinga sa Kalikasan program of the Provincial Government of Cavite held on March 27, 2019 at San Agustin 2 Covered Court (Villa Verde), City of Dasmariñas, Cavite. More than 2800 volunteers mostly senior citizens gathered in the clean-up activity and were encouraged to actively participate in protecting the environment for the benefit of future generations. With the governor were Vice Governor Jolo Revilla, 4th District Board Member Rudy Lara, 7th District Board Member Rainier Ambion and Senator Sonny Angara. Vice Mayor Rex Mangubat, on behalf of the city government, together with the councilors and barangay captains warmly welcomed and thanked the Kalinga sa Kalikasan team for frequently visiting their city.
