The provincial government of Cavite held a successful medical mission in Barangay Poblacion V General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite on April 26, 2023. A total of 277 patients were provided with free consultation and medicine.
The medical mission aimed to provide immediate medical attention to the residents who have limited access to healthcare services in the community. Patients who came to the event were given the opportunity to consult with the medical professionals who provided a range of services including general check-ups, vital signs monitoring, and medical advice on various health concerns.
The event was led by the provincial government of Cavite, and supported by local health workers and volunteers from the barangay who assisted in the implementation of the program. The medical team also provided free medicines to the patients, based on their medical needs.
The medical mission proved to be an effective way of addressing the health needs of the community, as it provided accessible and free healthcare services to those who are in need.
