Cavite Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office (PCLEDO) continues to educate and equip aspiring entrepreneurs with proper knowledge as it facilitated Session 3 of BIZ iCREATE – Cavite’s Responsible Entrepreneurs Aiming Toward Economic Sustainability program on April 30, 2019 at PCLEDO Training Area, CaCoDeC in Trece Martires City. DLSU-Dasmariñas Graduate School of Business Professor, Dr. Aldrin Antivola continued the discussion on Entrepreneurial Skills Development (Part 2) to twenty entrepreneur partakers. The topic dealt with operational, human resource, financial and cash flow management, communication skills, and legal aspect which can provide a significant impact on the growth and success of managing a business. He also stressed out the relevance of satisfying the needs and wants of the target market. Last two sessions which will cover the topic of Strategic Business Plan and Business Plan Preparation are scheduled on May 2 and 28, 2019, respectively.
