In pursuit of providing quality healthcare to Caviteños, the Provincial Government conducted a medical mission in the Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez serving of the locals of Brgy. Nicolasa Virata on January 13, 2023.
The Sangguniang Kabataan, headed by SK Chair Kaye Princess Cabuhat, warmly welcomed the OPG extension staff and the PHO medical professionals who extended free medical consultation and medicine distribution to their residents.
Dr. Evelyn Adgon. Dr. Ariana Coleen Colobong and Dr. Melisse Margote Edaño led the healthcare providers as they assess the health and wellbeing of the patients especially the senior citizens, children, and youth. Aside from the free medicines and vitamin supplements, OPG extension staff also gave out hygiene kits donated by Mercury Drugs living the tagline, “Reaching out to communities in need because we care.”
A total of 258 patients availed the healthcare services.
