As soon as the 2019 local elections concluded, the Provincial Government of Cavite immediately carried out Operation Tuli in the province which started off on May 16, 2019 in Barangay Alapan II-A, Imus City. Barangay Chairman Marc Albert Barzaga was thankful to be part of the continuing endeavors of promoting the hygienic importance of circumcision. The free circumcision program is one of the basic public healthcare services being conducted during the summer break spearheaded by trained volunteers from the Provincial Health Office and the OPG-Extension. Members of the Order of Demolay-Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Chapter and barangay health workers also contributed to the success of the outreach event that made a total of 48 young boys proud and happy.
