As part of the continuous quality health care program of the provincial government for the Caviteños, another Operation Tuli was conducted at Brgy. Kaytitinga 2 in the municipality of Alfonso on April 25, 2018. Forty-one young men were circumcised for free by the volunteer doctors and medical staff of the Provincial Health Office and some trained personnel of the OPG-Extension Office. The program was made possible thru the joint effort of the Provincial Government of Cavite and 7th District Board Member Reinalyne Varias.
