About

The Cavite Computer Center (CCC) is an extension office of the Provincial Governor, serves as a dynamic arm in providing computer literacy program for the people of Cavite Province especially for Out-of-School-Youth (OSY) cooperation with Department of Education Non Formal Studies. It started late December, 1999 spearhead by the Office of the Provincial Governor in collaboration with the Department of Education Culture and Sports Non-Formal Studies. As of now, our training applicants have gone up by the thousand comprising of OSY, government employees, NGO`s, individuals and even professionals who are seeking to enhance their computer skills. The success of CCC was brought about by our dedication and commitment in offering quality and significant free computer training.

CCC offers free computer education with up-to-date programs that will enhanceĀ CaviteƱosĀ with good computer- technology skills that allows him to work productively, produce output with quality and create the cutting-edge.

CCC serves as a partner of financially incapable parents in giving their children a worthwhile education.CCC upholds the right of everyĀ CaviteƱosĀ to a free education.

Admission Policy

CCC accepts applications for admission from Monday to Saturday except holidays. We accept the following students:

  • Age limit:13 y/old (high school level students) and above
  • Must be Cavite Residents.
Procedure for Application of Incoming Trainees
  • Secure an application form at the CCC Admin Office. Fill-out the form and attach the following:
    • 1 piece 2×2 colored ID picture
    • 1 piece 1×1 colored ID picture
    • Barangay Clearance
    • Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
  • Your submitted applicant form will serve as your RESERVATION. Requirements MUST be complete. Reservations via text and phone are not entertained.
  • CCC will follow up your orientation schedule. You are REQUIRED to attend the said date. No attendance on the orientation means cancellation of your slot. CCC has the ONLY RIGHT to replace your slot with other applicants.
  • For below 18 years old applicants: Submit EITHER Good Moral certification (for newly High School graduate) or Parental Consent.
  • SATURDAY SCHEDULE only accepts EMPLOYED (whether private or government) applicants. You are required to submit ALL REQUIREMENTS. Incomplete requirements will not be reserved for the said slot.
  • If working for a private company, you are required to submit an EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE.

    • Using Microsoft Office 2000
  • Module 2: Advance Computer Course (A requirement course for Module 3 Training)
    • Advance Windows File Management
    • Microsoft XP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Introduction to the Internet
    • Internet Basics
    • Surfing the Internet, E-mail & Chatting
  • Module 3: Basic Multimedia Web Designing
  • Module 4: Troubleshooting and Basic Repair
  • Module 5: Photo Editing and Graphic Design
  • Module 6: Database Management System using Microsoft Access XP
  • Module 7: Video Editing and Digital FX using Adobe After Effects
    • (A requirement course of Module 5 and 6 Training)
  • Module 8: 3D Animation using Maya (A requirement course of Module 5 and 6 Training)
  • Module 9: Autocad(A requirement course of Module 5 and 6 Training)

The Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office is mandated to implement programs and services in the promotion and development of cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) and in encouraging enterprising activities in the province in the consonance with national development thrusts, legislations and policies.

The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO)ā€™s programs and services are geared towards promoting the rights and welfare of the poor, and marginalized for an improved quality of life.
